Scholarship Details
- Host Country: Russia
- Host Institutions: Leading Russian universities such as Higher School of Economics (HSE), ITMO University, and Moscow State University of Civil Engineering
- Study Levels: Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD, Postdoctoral
- Duration: Varies by degree level (1 to 4 years depending on program)
- Opening Month: September (annually)
- Closing Month: November (for Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD programs) / December (for Postdoctoral programs)

Eligibility
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Open to students from all countries
- Apply for one of the following degree levels: Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD, or Postdoctoral
- Bachelor’s: Must have completed high school
- Master’s: Must hold a Bachelor’s or Specialist degree
- PhD: Must hold a Specialist or Master’s degree
- Postdoctoral: Must hold a PhD or Doctor of Science degree
- Strong academic record required
- English or Russian language skills needed for most programs

Application Process
